Return and Refund Policy – Trendhubs
At Trendhubs, we prioritize customer satisfaction. We know that things don't always go as planned, so we're here to make the return and refund experience as seamless as possible.
Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns Eligibility
We welcome returns on the following occasions:

The product is defective, damaged, or wrong.

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item should be unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you originally received it.
We do not process returns for:

Change of mind.

Incorrect sizing (please refer to sizing guides carefully prior to ordering).

Final sale items.
2. How to Request a Return
To make a request for a return:

Your order number.

A short description of the problem.

Clear photos of the item (if damaged or wrong).

Our staff will process your request and get back to you within 2–3 business days with return details in case your request is accepted.
3. Refunds

After receiving your return and checking it, we will inform you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund.

In case your refund is accepted, it will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our own mistake (e.g., shipping the wrong item).
4. Order Cancellations
We will allow you to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, we begin processing your order and cannot guarantee cancellation.
5. Lost or Delayed Orders
If your shipment has not yet arrived within the expected delivery time frame (refer to our Shipping Policy), please reach out to us. We will investigate the matter with the shipping carrier and provide an appropriate remedy, which could be a refund or replacement.
6. Exchanges
At this time, we do not support direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item (if it qualifies) and place a new order.
