1. Order Processing Time

Our orders are processed between 1–3 business days from the date of confirmation of your purchase.
Once processed, your order will be dispatched to our suppliers for fulfillment and shipping.
Orders are not sent or delivered during weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

Being a dropshipping store, our products are sent straight from our reliable worldwide suppliers. Delivered in approximately:

United States: 7–15 business days
United Kingdom & Europe: 10–20 business days
Canada & Australia: 10–20 business days
Rest of the World: 15–30 business days

Note: Delivery times can be affected by the product, location of the supplier, and your country's customs policies.

3. Shipping Charges

Most products are free with Standard Shipping, unless otherwise indicated at checkout.
Any shipping charges (if applicable) will be prominently shown during checkout.

4. Tracking of Orders

After shipping your order, you will be sent an email with a tracking code and a link to track the status of your shipment.
Please wait for 3–5 days for the tracking information to reflect after dispatch.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Trendhubs does not have any liability for customs charges, import taxes, or fees that might be charged when the product arrives in your country. Your customer is liable for these charges.
